@Morris Lucas - Great question. I've been actively buying in Charlotte (rehabs, tear-down/new construction, lots, etc). If you're considering rentals, the price point can vary from street to street.
A quick tip: Make sure that you run your numbers from top to bottom and ensure that the property has equity built in when you purchase. This will allow you to exit in a pinch if you have to!
