@Andreea Furtado - Welcome to BP! LOVE that you're starting out in the REI world at 25 - rock on! I have a few thoughts for you - so get in touch! BUT, if you have the right deal, credit doesn't matter so much as the asset (in most cases).
Have you been to your local REIA group to find a few people to work with yet? I would suggest starting there and building your empire slowly :).
