@Sean Almeida

I agree with @Greg Scott , 10% is not a lot for Ukraine. As far as I know any bank in Ukraine will give this return or more with a regular savings account.

I hold one investing property in Ukraine and it lost approximately 30% of its value during the war.

 This is very interesting how do you do that?

@Jonathan Jewell I know that PEX is the best for inside contraction but I am curious about the underground service lise.

@Shaun Palmer I need it for the supply line so water will be cold.

@Wes Harding that's why I asked the question :) I did my research only and everybody says what you just mentioned. PEX is not recommended for underground installation. There is no specification for underground water line material in the township ordinance.

Hi BP Community. We need to replace few water lines in our mobile home park. What is the better material to do it? PEX or PVC or anything else?

@Chris K. thank you for the response, by the way I contacted you long time via email about this case, you probably did not get it.

(1) Berks County
(2) The misrepresentation by the seller in the contract. (I am not sure how to classify it.)
(3) $450,000

There is no facts about the location.

We purchased the property for $200,000. However, the issue it causes now based on the misrepresentation is $450,000.
