There were two misrepresentation in the contract about which the seller was aware. The misrepresentation was not discovered during the inspection.

I would like to learn from you guys (wholesalers). I invest only in mobile home parks. However, the process the same only on smaller scale. I do direct mail, cold calling, talking with brokers and etc. 

I use:

SmartSheet for cold calling and CRM
Excel for direct mail 

I am looking for a software where they can integrate and talk to each other. For example, if I received a call from direct mail campaign and talk with a guy I put all notes into CRM. After I put notes into CRM, it will remove this person from cold list for direct mail.

Hi. My mother in-law is in process of buying a condo. She wants to include her son on the deed. Since the son will not be on the mortgage, is it possible to do?

@Account Closed I am not sure if I would buy this park since it is small and on septic. After my quick calculation, it would worth around $370k plus the inventor (park owned homes) 

@Tania Kay just want to clarify 8 tenant owned units and 1 park owned unit.  Is it correct?
