What books and/or magazines would you recommend about mobile home park industry?

Hi @Ronald Bourgeois it is an older post but I do not see any responses. I recently listen to @Jefferson Lilly podcast and he interviewed Paul Bradley. They spoke when tenants buy their mobile home park. Episode 52 and 53. They mentioned companies who do it.

@Tyler Libby I am not from NH/MA but I would recommend specifying what are you looking for. Are you talking about mobile home park or mobile home investing? Also, I woul recommend to write the state name in the post since many people have keyword alerts and notification setup for specific state and words. For example, I have "mobile home park" and "pennsylvania"

@Ken Rishel just curious. Are there any national generic number per pad cost to build a new park?
