@David M. No, the 1976 guideline does not chance every year. Most of the mobile homes or maybe all 1976 and older are pre-hud. All newer mobiles homes were built by HUD guidelines. At least on paper :)

@John Arendsen most of the pipes are copper. However, in some cases, we have both the plastic and copper one.
