Could you please recommend any good tree trimmer in reading pa area? I need licenced and insured trimmer. 

@David Krulac I am in the process of the due diligence.  I spoke with SEO already. They do not have any specific requirements on Township level so I thought there is a state law. However, the insurance company requested to either remove or fill in the tank. 

@Chris Jackson I got you now :) I did not wholesale any mobile homes. A majority of people who wants to buy a MH does not have enough to pay cash for the older trailers. A bank will not finance 1917

What is the Pennsylvania Law about Abandoned septic tanks?

I am buying commercial property (mobile home park). There are 5 tanks. One of them is abandoned.
