@David Sharp I agree with @Austin Strode . It takes time, but the best deals are on CL. In addition, it is hard for mobile home owners to sell their mobile homes due to the hight price. Usually, you can finance it from the mobile home sellers. However, it takes time to find right properties.

@Account Closed great job for setting it up. I wish there are more mobile home park investors in New York City so we can do the same here.

@Lelith Walker the south beach was affected by Sandy. The north part of Staten Island is fine because the elevation above the sea level is much higher.
