Hey everybody! I have an acquaintance that's looking for a property manager in Anchorage, Alaska. Are there any managers here that would like a referral?

Thanks for any info or help, have a great day!

Keller Williams Advisors Realty (my brokerage). If you actually want to learn how to build a business and tailor it to what you are interested in, there's no other place. If you're looking for the cheapest monthly fees and low commission splits, there are plenty of options, but as with anything I suspect you get what you pay for or... what you don't pay for.

KW has a competitive CAP/Commission split structure (I can explain in more detail), tons of training every day of the week, we have active investors in our office, good mentors and an energetic office.

Shoot me an email and I can get you more information and set up a meeting for you. Congrats on making the decision, having your license give you a ton of leverage in investing if used correctly.

We have an off market listing in a great spot of East Walnut Hills/Eden Park, Cincinnati Ohio.  Perfect for house hack in a great area of Cincinnati.

Property needs $15-25k in cosmetic repairs. One furnace supplies the entire building. Rents are low and needs an active owner to reposition building and maximize rents. Large fenced back yard with two car garage.

Rents for each unit and potential rental income with improvements:

  • Studio – 550 -($650 with cosmetic upgrades)
  • 1 bdrm – 650 ($750+ with cosmetic upgrades)
  • 2 bdrm – Vacant ( $1200+ with cosmetic upgrades)
  • $75-$150 per month for two car garage parking

Great opportunity in Pleasant Ridge! Solid 4 family that is cash flowing and perfect for an owner occupant investor or self manager. Great location, HUGE 1 bedroom apartments, separate utilities (owner pays for water and next to nothing for electric/gas per month), replacement windows, newer roof, HW floors and much more! Will sell fast!
