Kennnesha , Have you talked to some lender here at BP? If not have you tried your credit union they are more investor friendly than your regular banks

Hello Spencer, According to what you said the property is currently cash flowing. I will not Kick them out and if you need to gradually raise the rents in the winter.

Hello Marx, I will suggest to wholesale if you cant buy the property. Are you financing the deal? Did you guys have Inspection and appraisal has a contingency on the deal so you will not loose money? I will advise you to put the property on contract if the numbers are correct.

Hello Billy, Thanks for your service. Yes it is possible but you have to do your due diligence. I have seen Grant Cardone doing one for non accredited investors please check his site. Have you thing about partnering with an investor to do a deal? There is a lot of information by Brandon Tunner and David Green on investing in REI

Hello Marc, the ones I have worked understand what my needs for example. I am looking for a C property in a B neighborhood with some repairs. When they come across those deals they send it to me first. I screen them to see if they are knowledgeable of the area and have worked with investors
