@Linh Luong I did not end up purchasing the house because the church the former owner left it to does not want to sell.  I am keeping at them as they are maintaining the house without using it much.

All County Polk is worth checking out. I haven't used them but Tim Davis, the owner, is a big supporter of the local REIA and has helped me when I was in need.

@Celso Balan Lakeland is a great market in my opinion.  I focus mainly in the area.  My main focus is rentals but I do all types of RE.  If you do not know the area please do your research before buying because there are war zones!  Feel free to use me as a reference.

@Robert Gibbons welcome to BP!  There are many ways to learn here.  I like the podcasts and forms, but find what works best for you and learn learn learn.

I have a low sloping roof that has roll on.  It's in decent condition, is there anything I can do to prolong the life?  I don't have insurance inspections.
