This is by far my absolutely favorite class to teach. Investor Psychology is more important than lead generation, and running the numbers, and finding contractors, and making a profit. Without the right mindset and psychology, you just aren't building the right foundation.

What's up Georgia!? Agent/ Investor James Marszalek here from the opposite side of the country in WA. I'm putting a deal together in Buford, but I'm struggling to find good comps, and I'd personally rely on someone who has boots on the ground in the area. I hate not having MLS access like I do here. Really does make my life easier!

Bonus if you're a military vet, as I am too, and like working with my brothers and sisters. But if you know what you're doing, and can lend a hand for a quick second, I'd love to get your opinion and get some quick ARV comps. Thanks!
