What's going on @Michael Bredthauer?? Welcome. What kind of investor are you looking to be?

Guys, if you're looking for a great PM in Indy, make sure to reach out to @Derek Gendig with IPM (http://www.ipmleasing.com/)

Always extremely quick to respond, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great service. I have a couple properties under management with IPM, and I've been very pleased.

Also, I don't have personal experience with @Ryan Mullin at FS Houses (http://fshouses.com/), but I know him personally and he's also a fantastic and stand-up individual; I would not hesitate to bring him business, and you will find nothing but good things said about FS Houses on this site from investors that do work with them. Hope this helps!

If anyone wants additional information, you can reach out to me.

@Steven Leigh I got the list myself. I am able to pull it from my city's department of code enforcement website. Have you tried that?

Hey guys,

For those of you who have played around with the "code violation" list before, which violations exactly are you targeting? Is there a best "time frame" to target (old vs new?)? Which become liens? Looking into them might take work, but it's simple. Which ones to look for is still a bit trickier for me.

Any information on going about this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)
