@Emily M. fellow chicago investor here! I have heard places like st louis, kansas city, and austin texas, and cleveland are great!! Have not really gone through heavy due diligence on these markets but would love to branch out one day!

@Abhi Patel would love to connect Berwyn has been very hot as of late. Especially in the flip market!! I know several investors who love this area for flips as many folks are stepping away from the city boundaries and going to Berwyn. As a rental market from what I understand it has always been very steady and known as a solid working class area with good/strong renters. I am sure @John Warren has plenty of experience!

@Maria Bocanegra welcome! Chicago is a great market and 2017 I believe will be an even better year than 2016. Let me know if you would like any hard money references or help searching properties in the area. There is definitely a lot of opportunity in the chicago market but need to act quickly to be able to grab these!
