@Account Closed currently invest in Chicago and it works great for flips and rentals in my opinion. Do not know much about Cleveland investment. Prices have steadily increased over the past years but the deals are still available if you work with the right folks. Chicago can be very block by block and have to move quickly on deals as often good investments are under contract in a week

Not a must have in chicago due to some vintage units but way better to have! Both for tenants and investors

@Samson Kay that is awesome! Am trying to get into the airbnb game. Currently do a lot of turn key rental work. Any tips and advice? It is nice to hear that you can still get bookings even though your unit is far from the lines. Keep it up!

Crime map on trulia works well. Otherwise I look at schools and its ratings on redfin (or really any site).
