Thanks for the info Eric luckily we each have the next day and year to learn and come back stronger and learn from our mistakes. I remember taking off from xmas and new years last year and I also regretted it! I feel like those are good times to either find new deals or work on your business and really help prep for the beginning of 2017!

Mostly good experiences with it. Many of the properties are occupied and for the ones that are online bidding only the reserve prices tend to be pretty high. It also shows a list of judicial foreclosure live auctions so it is helpful

Jonathan would love to help answer any kinds of questions you may have I work a lot with turn key rentals in Chicago. So basically two properties that individually gross 1300 is what you are looking for then? Many 3 bed room homes here went well above that here. Would love to discuss!
