@Account Closed Avondale is a great area that has great appreciation play and does not seem as drawn out as a Wicker Park or even Logan. Would love to connect and see what your situation is. I am a agent as well as an investor and would love to hear how you got started. Did you purchase your current property as an owner occupied place? How much equity do you estimate to have?

Finding a good property manager is a good idea. Also would you want to try to put some money back into the properties itself to try to get more stable tenants and increase the value of the properties?

Would get the lenders policy for a peace of mind so that you know title is clear. You can run into some trouble on the resale if not. I have not personally experienced this but I have heard stories. The 2k range sounds about right to me to me however I am by no means an expert in that particular area. Perhaps research what it typically is in your area?

Eric just sent you a direct message would love to see if we are a good fit to work with each other. I do lots of my work with investors and am familiar with the northwest suburbs as well. What areas in particular are you looking at? Areas like Arlington heights and buffalo grove are great areas where families purchase along with several others. Hoping to connect here!

1 bed condos are not bad and have been looking into these for investment purposes. Find the one that has been sitting for several months (there will be several) and get a fair priced offer and expect to hold for the next cycle or so
