We use LeadPropeller and they do a great job for us. We looked into competitors and Danny actually owns and operates his own flipping business. I'm in a high-level mastermind with him and his wife and they are operating at a high level. One of his best lead sources are his website, you can google keywords in San Antonio and see his website everywhere, he really understands what our websites should do and how they should look from experience so that is why we went with Lead Propeller and it's worked out great! Hope that helps

I would check out LeadPropeller, that is what I did when I decided to set up a website and start driving traffic to it, you can easily customize it so it doesn't look like every other investor website out there, I also use them for PPC and we kill it, building your own website on wordpress is not that easy, especially to build it so it's optimized for SEO. You should be focusing on closing deals and have an expert do it for you that isn't super expensive that's why we use LeadPropeller. The ROI on our website is fantastic and we are in a very competitive market. Hope that helps man!

LeadPropeller has been awesome for us. Their templates are solid and with a little customization they look super professional and convert. We out perform national brands and carrot websites in our market. Their support team is VERY responsive and will help you customize your site. If something goes wrong, you don't have to hire a developer to fix it. Definitely check them out, I looked at tons of options before making a decision, the owner is an actual flipper, I think doing around 100 flips/year and most of his leads are from his website so he clearly knows what he's doing, that is what made me go with them over others. Hope that helps

We use LeadPropeller.com for our website and all of our online marketing. It's super affordable especially for the the return it produces. We had one deal from their services pay for the whole year. These guys know what they are doing and the owner is an actual flipper in San Antonio doing 100+ rehabs a year and his website is ranked like crazy for San Antonio, that's the reason we went with them because he actually has a flipping company and has some type of software background if I'm not mistaken and tests what works and what does it for his own website and company and then shares that information with all of their clients. We are doing at least 1 deal per month just from our PPC campaign with them and our website is climbing the ranks organically with their SEO campaign so that will bring in a lot more leads soon! Just made the most sense to us, we model most of what we do from the people in the industry that are the most successful, and Danny who is the founder of LeadPropeller is at the top for online lead gen for REI. Hope that helps!

@Danny Johnson not a problem! I've worked with Josh Matt and Tyler and you guys have been an asset to our company, anyone who is serious about building their company online should at least talk to you guys in my opinion and use you guys! I will be doing our numbers in a few months for the entire year but I already know the ROI will be ridiculous on the amount of money we have invested into you and your teams expertise.

@Account Closed PPC has been one of our best lead sources right along with direct mail. We haven't been ranked long enough or high enough yet to see the results from ranking organically but I have spoken to several people with top ranked sites and yes it does result in more leads. Of course your website isn't producing any leads directly if you aren't paying for ads or top ranked organically but it sounds like it is helping convert certain leads that are more comfortable going to a website and submitting info

@Account Closed I couldn't 100% be sure since we do a lot of marketing to our website so to be able to know if the lead came from organic search or paid avenues is hard to say. We aren't ranked that high yet on the 1st page and have only been at it for about 6 months so in another 6 months we really should see an increase in leadflow from our website.

We have been with Lead Propeller little under a year and it has been fantastic! We didn't know enough about SEO and didn't have the mass amount of time and effort it takes to rank our website so we decided to use their service, I just based it off of Danny Johnson's website which is the top ranked website in San Antonio so clearly they know what they are doing, they got us on the 1st page of google for several relative keywords in 6 months! Now we are just trying to move up the page to the first spot. The ROI on paying for SEO assuming they actually do a good job which Leadpropeller does, is through the roof! The amount we will pay over a 1 year period we will make on 1 deal, after that our website will be ranked and keep producing leads week after week with a lower cost to keep it ranked #1. Josh who is the guy with Leadpropeller who manages it for us, lets us know exactly what the plan of attack is and updates us every month on progress that was made. If your serious about ranking your website and motivated seller marketing I would recommend giving Leadpropeller a shot for sure, even if it takes them 12 months to rank your website on page 1 because your market is super competitive it's still worth it. It would take us way too much time to do what they have done and as you close more and more deals your time is much more valuable then what you will pay for the service. They really know what they are doing and you can see proof by just looking at Danny's website. Check them out and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Hope that helps!
