Are You Looking to Buy Off-Market Real Estate in San Diego County?

We currently see 10 to 15 off-market deals come through my office each month. I'll meet with you in person to run through how our deals work and what they entail. 

Call me old fashion - I meet with all my clients face-to-face first so I know who I'm doing business with. After that, you will get a call, text, or e-mail (or all three) from me as soon as we have properties available. We don't just blast our properties out across the internet to people we haven't met for obvious reasons.

There are no fees, subscriptions, or commissions to get on the list to buy a property - so don't worry about that. Need funding and contractor referrals? We can help with that too! Our properties tend to sell quickly and all of our  deals offer great profit margins for fix and flip or buy and hold strategies.  So if you need more deals to analyze in San Diego county, please give me a call!

Waterproof flooring has come a long way.   Luxury Vinyl Plank, WPC, SPC flooring is a great alternative to having to invest in an expensive tile floor installation.   It comes in wood looks and stone looks.   Installing the glue down version takes a little more expertise... But the floating/click lock version can usually be installed by a "do-it-yourselfer" or a handy man as long as the subfloor doesn't have major imperfections.

Hi @Mike Miller  Best of luck on your offer.

If you are working with a trusted agent, then by all means stick with them. 

With that said... One of the methods we use is to let the listing agent represent us.  When ever I call on a property and discover that it's a multiple offer situation, I always ask the listing agent if one of the offers is from them (the listing agent). 

It's not always guaranteed that you're offer will be accepted if the listing agent is representing you... But the listing agent has a pretty big financial incentive to help you out. 

As mentioned above, an escalation clause is also an option... but bidding wars can ultimately take meat off the bone.
