Interested in the guidebook . Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the advice. I will let you all know how it went in the meeting.
Ok this ones for the season investors that at one point had to start from the bottom no one helping them. After reading all about real estate investment I have to start by wholesaling. Mainly because I have no money nor capital. I just joined an investors club so that I can fulfill my next step which is networking. I have my 1rst meeting this week and I need your advice on how these conversations should go. I don't want to be laughed at if I say something awkward. Any help please I have decided to do this and I can't go back. Another thing will it matter if I am a female? This seems like if men are more involved doing this.

Thank you for the advice. I will keep you all updated on my first deal. So far I have just been reading abou realestate investment. My next step in to join a real estate club in my area for networking. Then I plan to invest in a mentor. I thank biggerpockets because I've learned a lot. Do you know if biggerpockets recieve donations? I would want to but when I get deals of course.

I have made up my mind to start in realestate investing. I have been reading a lot about it for the past 2 weeks. I know it's hard work but, What drives me to work at it is my kids. The question is should I pay for a mentor? They are out of state and its like $1000 initial fee and like $400 a month. I think it could be a good investment I have a good vibe with these people. I am also going to attend a club.
