I'm interested in this as well! I used to work for a real estate market research company but their data is proprietary and subject-specific .. I'm a real estate agent now, and as a Realtor®, we have access to RPR (Realtors® Property Resource), which is helpful (though for some reason their website is currently down), but their market and neighborhood reports sometimes feel a bit off to me so I'd love to find another resource if anyone has suggestions!

I'm curious to know what the parameters are for removing an eviction less than 3 yrs old.. ?

Also -- I'm assuming if the records aren't viewable online, that means they won't be accessible to background screening companies?? We currently require no evictions within 5 years so may need to change our criteria?

There isn't anywhere I'm aware of that would show all real estate agent activity in a county. The local MLS would be the place to go for REALTOR® data but that won't include all real estate agents. County auditor sites will show all market activity but will include off-market sales.

Would love to know if you figure out a work-around!
