@Sam Leon Have you placed your home on the market for rent with a move-in date of May 1st? Also, I agree with John 100% call them and them what their current situation is. See if they are intrested in M2M.

I am closing on a property in NC and the Title company lost one of our documents that needs to be notarized. They are requesting we resign and notarize the document. This is just dragging out the purchase for us because we are working from home. Is it ok for me to push back and ask them to accept the copy we have of the orginals?

@Hans M. Hi There! Pet fees and deposits are collected incase of damages made to the property that are not ordinary wear and tear.  Normally the damages are to be collected from the deposit first and then the pet fee if needed. I hope that helps. Stay healthy! Amy

@Tera Edwards, As some of the other BP'ers said, her story does sound fishy. None the less, I would be sympathetic towards her just this one month. I wouldn't go fully free rent, but  I'm sure you can think of a nice gesture. Just be prepared if you help them out you have to help out any other tenant. Best of luck to you and I wish you good health.

Hi @Debbie J. Skora I recommend to try and exclude owner-occupied or include owner unknown along with absentee owners. Unfortunately with vacant land a lot of the specific fields are unknown which is why the search came back so low.  I hope this helps!
