Hey Jacob,

Didn't think I would get 'Deviled' on BP, ha-ha. To give you more detail I own two properties one of them is a condo and the other is a multi-family. My market right now is 'hot' and have been looking for my third property using the BRRRR strategy and condos and single family's are a little cheaper. My brother Chris owns a construction company on Aquidneck Island, Pettit Construction and so, he will be the one doing the repairs. I just haven't heard anyone doing it with a condo just single family and multi-family. I have been in contact with my real estate agent and my brother has already been through several places thus far.

Hello Everyone,

I need everyone's un-bias feedback, I am thinking of possibly doing a BRRRR deal with a condo? My market is in Aquidneck Island Rhode Island. It is very hot right now so I am looking for alternatives SF and Condos. I already own 2 places, one of them is a condo. I was just wondering what you guys were thinking.

Hey David,

"Don't start looking 5.5 months from now," you mean to start now?

Good Afternoon everyone,

I am using cash from a 'hard money' lender to acquire the property, I was wondering should I call the bank ahead of time when it comes to getting financing? Thanks.

Good evening everyone,

I am just asking for people's advice on Aquidneck Islands real estate market, within my particular area, who may be from Rhode Island. I am trying to do my first BRRRR deal but because property values are so high I am not able to get the asset for the right price. Should I just try and get a property that needs just a little work? Or keep looking for SF or MFH that need a lot of work? I know the seller is not going to like my offer.
