@Angel Galan I am an active investor in the Cincinnati Market, please feel free to reach out. As @Zachary Elliott mentioned, I’m attending the meetup he put together. Great opportunity to connect with local RE investors! Hope to see you there.

@Michael Bull I second @Evan Polaski I have used Lawyers Title for all of my purchases here in Cincinnati. They are very transparent and do a thorough title search. DM me if interested and I can provide my contacts information.

@Cameron McNulty Stability, Cash Flow, and a fairly good tenant pool are reasons I like investing in the Cincinnati and surrounding sub-markets. I'm mainly focusing on Buy and Hold in B-/C+ areas and demand is there for quality housing. I had 97 inquiries on my last SFR listing at market rent in 1 week. As others previously stated on this thread, ease of access throughout the Tri-state area by car and CVG paired with larger companies like Amazon, P&G, Kroger, etc. make it an attractive area for RE investment.

I am actively investing in the Cincinnati market. I would recommend networking and browsing the Cincinnati RE Investor Forums here on BP. Also, our local Cincinnati REIA is a great resource to get to know others and connect with RE Agents, Contractors, and investors. Feel free to connect or PM me with any questions.

@Cameron Berens As a newer Cincinnati REIA member (December 19') I can say it's been a great experience and well worth the nominal membership fee. As Darrin and Jim both mentioned, it's a very supportive community and they embrace new RE investors. I have expanded my network and increased my RE knowledge with this wonderful group of people. PM me and I'd be glad to discuss more.
