@Dave Perrotta as others have already mentioned on this thread, you have to look hard for the deals that make sense. If your serious about the Cincinnati market I'd recommend networking as much as possible. Get involved in local meetups, many of which are "virtual" these days. Also, check out Cincinnati REIA which is a great resource to network and keep a pulse on the local market. Much success to you on your RE journey!
