@Darrius Singleton: Focussing on SFRs and I will be hiring contractors for rehab.

Any investors in the 77048 area?

Would like to know your investing experience in this neighborhood.

Hello,

I have been researching, listening to podcasts, analyzing properties, attending REIAs and now I am ready to jump in and invest.

I want to follow BRRRR strategy and I am looking for my first deal.

I am seeking wholesalers, investor friendly Real Estate agents in and around the Houston area.

Let's connect and help each other out!

@Stephen Quesinberry: Congratulations on your success and a great write up.

@Zeeshan Maknojia: Welcome to BP.

If I were you I wouldn't invest in any of those programs. You can learn a lot from the forums, podcasts and visiting REIAs. All of this is free and you could use your capital towards a deal.
