Hey all. We're always on the go and have a need to be "mobile". What are some 'features' you would like to see in a mobile app to make your job easier?
I'll start with an example --- being able to do a move-in inspection with pictures and video, alongside of your tenant, directly from your phone.
Please share what you would like to have at your fingertips! Thanks!

I'm the founder of Unitdash. We're a property management software company. We want to build upon our software solution so that is tailored to your exact needs. There are plenty of solutions out there where you have to work around their generic implementation for certain workflows. We would love to engage with you and work directly with you to build upon our platform so it behaves and looks just how you want it to be. The idea here is we improve our processes and you essentially have us as your software team. I can guarantee you that whatever you are paying now, we will deliver what you need and you will ultimately pay less.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

Cozy and Unitdash are good solutions for tenant screening. I believe Cozy has $25 and $40 options. Unitdash gives a full credit report, criminal history and eviction history for $30.

Cozy and Unitdash are both great options. Unitdash offers a few different options to collect rent online. Unitdash + Stripe only takes about 3 days to settle.

Unitdash has always facilitated online payments for our landlords and property managers through Stripe. Stripe continues to be a great solution for many of our users. However, there are other payment providers which offer different packages and methods of payment which may be better for your business - like BlueSnap and Braintree.
Unitdash partners with BlueSnap and Braintree, giving property managers and landlords the ability to accept rent online from their tenants via debit card, credit card, PayPal, and ACH.

An end to end solution that handles your online rental application to tenant screening is useful here. It gives you a paper trail and all of your data in one place. PM me if you need any help with something for this.
