Hey @Omar Sanchez & @Cashmere Robinson...The Bronx will become the next outpost!!!! I've been in the South Bronx when the Bronx was truly BURNING......Starbucks on 161st...The handwriting is on the wall.

I feel that the growth will happen in the lower Bronx. GC 149th to 170th and 4 blocks east and west of the concourse, Bruckner Blvd west of the highway is already smoking.

@Wendy Gomez @Frank Jiang@Jake Thomas@Chance Housos@Carlos Rovira@Gary Ytreeide@Michael Shuell

I was deciding what I needed to do, I came across this forum post ... I read Wendy's post....and said THATS ME!!!!! As I read all the post I knew what I needed to do.....I could not get a HELOC because of my credit score also. I did not want to refinance my investment property. So by taking the advice from those given in this post....

THANK YOU......You made my decision a smart one.... I applied for a loan from my pension which I will pay back at 7.5% and will be deducted out of my check every pay period. THANK YOU Wendy for sharing and THANKS TO THE OTHER POSTERS FOR YOUR AWESOME INSIGHT AND SUGGESTIONS....

@Thomas Franklin Another downside is you loose on the advantages, of the Federal Tax Code, by not closing in the name of a LLC.

What tax advantages are being lost by not closing in an LLC as opposed to closing under your name.

@Jacqueline Pelzer.... Hey Jacqueline I agree with your line of thought about your co op. I would suggest you post the question on the loans, mortgage forum and call around to some banks. TD Bank is right there on Sanford Blvd. I myself would go there personally therefore you can see eye to eye and maybe create a future business relationship. Have a Blessed day!!
