Hey folks. We had a great turnout at the first meetup last Thursday. Sorry to miss those of you who couldn't make it.  I put the next one on the calendar. Head over to the events forum to check out the info and RSVP. Hope to see many of you again, as well as some of those who couldn't make it last time.

We had a great first meetup last Thursday at Topa Topa so, by popular demand, we are throwing another.  This is an informal meetup meant for investors of all experience levels as well as those interested in entering the beautiful world of real estate investing, or folks generally interested in real estate.  There is no agenda for this meetup; just show up, network and discuss real estate with like minded folks.  Please spread the word and hope to see you there. @Allen Maris - just seeing this after coming in here to post the SB event we have been discussing.  I am definitely interested in coming over the hill to SY in the future if you get an event together there!
