I am a would-be first timer for this event and it sounds great! The RSVP link takes me to the LA REIA. Found the Ventura REIA site but all the info their points to the LA Expo on Thurs 10/14. Hoping you can help steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

This is the third Santa Barbara Real Estate meetup in this series. It is an informal opportunity to sit down with others who share your excitement for real estate.  Our attendees range from energetic novices just getting into the game, to seasoned investors who have been at it for decades. 

Side note - I personally have to skip August as I am getting married.... which is a consuming endeavor.  If anyone wants to step in and organized an August event, please do (meetup 2.5?).  Also I would like to expand our reach and make these events a bit more formal, so please pass along feedback/ideas as they come your way.
