Good to see this forum. Hope to learn and network. I will be selling a rental investment property next month and then will be on the look for a 1031 replacement with a vacation rental property. I'm considering Lake Tahoe & Anaheim in California and Orlando, FL. Would love to network with other who are looking or own in these areas.
Question for those who own these: What kind of financing options exist for these properties? Any better/worse than long term rental investment properties?

I am selling my rental investment property next month. I am planning to list it on the MLS around mid June, but would consider any off market offers before that. Property had been tenant occupied for last 5 years. Great quality tenants in this area. Property is within a mile of Intel's Folsom office which staff more than 6000 employees. You may be able to turn this into corporate rental. If interested in knowing more, please reach out to me.
Here are some details:
4 bd/2ba, 1700 sf, 6500 sf lot, detached single family home.
3 car garage. Side yard big enough for boat/RV.
Near Intel and Folsom Outlet Mall.
Built in 1994. Property has been well kept.
