Hello BP community - I am considering purchasing a vacation rental property near Disney in Kissemme. Would love to network with other Investors who own VR owners in this area? Good to see this forum. Hope to learn and network. I will be selling a rental investment property next month and then will be on the look for a 1031 replacement with a vacation rental property. I'm considering Lake Tahoe & Anaheim in California and Orlando, FL. Would love to network with other who are looking or own in these areas.

Question for those who own these: What kind of financing options exist for these properties? Any better/worse than long term rental investment properties?
