So, I'm working on a video for BiggerPockets Pro, and I'd love to get some testimonials. So - I'm wondering - do YOU have any specific examples of how BiggerPockets Pro has been helpful to you? 

• For example, maybe you analyzed a deal and bought it? 
• Or you analyzed a deal and you learned it was terrible and you backed out?
• Or maybe you posted an Ad in the marketplace and got something cool from it? 
• Or maybe your Profile Video has led to people partnering or lending to you?
• Or maybe the Webinar Replays taught you something and now you are using that strategy?
• Or maybe something else?

Basically, I'm just looking for cool stories - the more tangible the better.

whoops... so apparently there is this new thing called “Time Zones” and I totally messed that up! I showed up at 1pm Hawaii time, not LA time. But I’m wasn’t the only one - four of us had our own little meetup 3 hours too late! 😂

@Vinci S. hope the meet up turned out ok! Sorry for missing! I’ll be in KoOlina for the next few weeks if you wanna grab coffee. 

Or - I’ll be at the meetup tomorrow in Kailua on the Windward side at 6:0pm (Hawaiian time!) for those who can make it!

And I love the hustle. Keep that up. The cool thing about real estate- you don't need hundreds of hours of work each month - just a few. It's like Ultimate Frisbee. As long as you keep moving the frisbee down the field each pass... eventually you'll score. It doesn't matter if every pass is 6". So just keep driving that frisbee down the field and before you'll know it, you'll have total financial freedom. :) 

And speaking of Ultimate - I can't wait till I get back to Grays Harbor so I can play again!
