Start local before expanding internationally.Its less expensive and all markets have laws and conditions that affect investment (positive or negative)

Its a fact that probate attorneys handle a substantial amounts of inventory however you could build a relationship with the personal representative/executor.In my opinion,open file make best as they are ready to deal to settle estate creditors/debtors.When closed the PR has figured how to settle the estate and it awaits court approval
