@Joe Stafford There is a place in Pompano called J&K. They are decent cabinets at a decent price, I use them on a lot of projects.

Yes, I am with you @Bryan Devitt & @Steve B. . I pay to be on Home Advisor, but never pay for leads. I pay to advertise on Angie's List and do very well with it because people trust Angie's List and the contractors are more reputable.. At least in South Florida.

Hi Anna, I am a licensed contractor located in South Florida. I would recommend writing out a scope of work, and draw out a simple drawing showing your "vision". Then, once that is complete I would have 2-3 highly rated contractors in your area come out to give you an estimate for the work. I would suggest using "Angies List" if you do not have any good contractors in mind.

I am a new member to BP and also a licensed general contractor (CBC1260339/ Florida Palm Construction, Inc.). I am working on growing my real estate investment company and brand new property management company (FPC Management, Inc.). I would love to find meet ups in the Broward County area to network and see if I am able to find mutually beneficial business relationships. I am searching for encouragement and experience from an active investor.  I am a real go getter and on a mission to give my family a better life. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!!
