Looking forward to being there.  Still in the process of getting started - but 2017 will be the year to get the first of many under my belt.

This has been a great conversation. I'm in Westminster and just starting to get educated about this process. Many of the strategies discussed here I like (Longmont especially). I have a friend through another club/association who is a realtor who is willing to help show me the ropes and he was suggesting Northglenn as a possible avenue to invest in. Best of luck Chance. Wow - if I was looking to invest with a group and they responded with "you wouldn't understand how it works" I'd keep them on the phone until I understood.

Clayton Morris' podcasts is what got me looking into this path of investment.  I just don't have time during the day that I can call and chat with someone about this kind of stuff, so I was going to wait until I had some time off.  Kinda glad I waited now.  I still think his podcasts have value - but maybe not the company in general.

Oh - I wish.  As much as I would love to be a programmer, my brain just doesn't work that way.  I can hack at programming things (ie: read code) but you want me to write it?  It'd be way faster to hire someone else.  Now if you need me to turn a wrench, set up structure in an environment and do admin work - that's me.  :D

That's an interesting opportunity.  What area of CO are they in?  I certainly may be interested... just depends upon the opportunity.

I've been lurking around BP for the past several months working on educating myself to the ways of buy/hold.  Been in IT for the past 25 years.  I'm not a developer but more of an infrastructure engineering.  But I'd imagine you guys outsource most of that work - and I'm just up the road in Westminster.  :D

I started kicking the tires on the idea of doing passive income through property investment a few months ago and when pursuing around YouTube I stumbled into BP's videos and found their podcasts.  The resources here are fantastic.  As I continue to learn and build my knowledge I look forward to making my first purchase(s) in 2017.
