Everyone else remember that I will be at our latest BRRRR waiting for visitors and questions today between 2 and 4 p.m. Can't wait to meet you and hear about what you're doing, show you what I am doing, and explore ways we can be of service to each other. Best Regards!

@Eric Schrader - I would love to meet with you and talk about what we are doing. Hit me up anytime. My cell (number on my profile) is the best way to reach me. I would be happy to show you our latest finished project as well as one we have in rehab process. Happy investing!

Come see our latest BRRRR project in Elkton! A two bedroom one bath rental cottage in a quiet rural area. Hear about the extensive renovations, the future plans, and the numbers involved. Meet other investors who are working to make a return using single family rentals.

@Ken Spence - I only work with Linda Felicetti (cell - 302-218-6918) for residential stuff (less than 5 units) in New Castle County, Delaware. She is also with Patterson Schwartz and has 30+ years of experience working with residential property investors.
Linda showed me a HUD condo yesterday on short notice and was super prepared. Sent me recent market activity in the area, rent rates, comps, and association docs before we even walked in the door. She even reached out to the Condo Board to make sure they weren't near or over their limit on rented units to make sure an investor wouldn't have trouble.
She is absolutely the best! I wouldn't use anyone else!

@Tyesha Harvey - There absolutely should be. You definitely want to meet Oscar and Andrew. I am not from the area. I was only there on business but had a great time.
Also, you know what they say ... if there isn't a meet up in your area, you should organize one! So, post an invite. That's all I did and a couple folks came out, we had a nice dinner and talked real estate. It hasn't lead to any deals yet, but I know some great folks in your area if I get a deal there, and I have some more folks to call on as resources.
Best regards!

Would love to @James Masotti!
@James Masotti - I used to work with Roger and Ed when they were part of Elzufon Austin. Both are terrific!
I practice general litigation in Delaware and know several real estate attorneys who are awesome. "Bouncing questions off" often implies getting an opinion without paying a fee (not saying that is what you meant). The people I recomend are professionals and their advice is their stock in trade, so when/if you call them expect to make time to meet with them and to pay them, but rest assured you will be getting the best advice available.
