I have had at least 10 successful flips in independence. It is close to liberty where I live so I keep my eyes open for deals. I don’t buy and hold there yet but may some day. I would stay east of or close to 291. Fort Osage school district is by far more appealing to buyers.

Man that sounds like a singles ad BUT I am really interested in meeting some like minded investors to talk to on a regular basis. I have been flipping and renting property since 2004. I am also a licenses realtor with a pretty good sales business. I would love to have regular conversations about marketing, financing, strategies, market opportunities, successes and failures. I have flipped 150ish homes, have a large rental portfolio, and sell as realtor full time. I’m from Kansas City missouri and would love to network with other experienced investors. If you have any interest please let me know.

On the missouri side stay away from 64120-64129. Other than that there are pockets to stay away from but it’s more address than zip code.

Where are they located? Depending on the location is where I would recommend you to go. Zip code would help

Perfect investment opportunity for a new or passive investor looking for a solid return on investment. The Village at Adams Dairy provides professional on-site management with a Clubhouse, Exercise Room & Pool. Snow removal, lawn & grounds care plus pool care are all provided inside the community. Each unit consists of 3 bed 2.5 bath two story floor plans, Two of the units have a 1 car garage, Unit 253 has a 2 car garage. These is a newer development in a great location, close to shopping, highway and schools.  Built in 2004 and very well cared for.  Rents are increasing in this development as leases renew.

Clayton I am very familiar with all areas within 20 minutes of mci. I am an active investor and realtor. The hottest up and coming spot with night life and breweries is the city of North Kansas City but it would be tough to buy because of inventory. The are other pockets that are great. Zona Rosa is close to MCI and there is plenty of housing. Like most markets there is little inventory but I am sure I could find you something that would offer solid returns. We would have to talk a little further so I can better understand your wants and needs as well as you understanding the city. Feel free to reach out to me.
