I would like to but I haven't moved to the area yet. I will be moving to Augusta in 2017 and thought this would be a good opportunity to find a property that would work good as a live-in flip or rent. Or find a multifamily that I can house-hack. Thank for the feedback.

I am looking to connect with investors in Savannah. I would love to hear about your experiences. I live just west of atlanta but I like the Savannah market and I have a brother that lives in Savannah that I want to invest with and we are trying to get to learn the market there. So are you still in Savannah? What are you currently working on? Can you share your experiences? Thanks for any advice or shared info.

Hey Tim... Thanks for sharing your experiences. It helps me consider more things when looking at properties. I am located in Villa Rica (just west of Douglasville). I have been looking around trying to decide which area I should start investing in. Its nice to see someone share their experiences in investing near by.
