I was wondering if using portfolio lenders to get started investing is a good idea? If so, I need advice on what I should put into a portfolio to present to portfolio lenders? Thanks for any advice!

Hey BP community. I'm a newbie in Carrollton, GA (just west of Atlanta). I am looking to get into investing. I'm looking to get involved with anyone that is begging or experienced that is currently doing buy and holds or flips. I just want to be around the action and learn as much as I can. Hey Biggerpocket community! I've been doing a ton of research on real estate over the past year and now really ready to get into it.
