Hey Mike,
I'm in Cincinnati and am always looking for others to network with. I haven't done a deal yet but that will change soon enough. I'm going to be doing fix and flips and buy and hold.

I'm living in Cincinnati and looking to get my real estate license. What schools offer courses to get my license and is there an online option for Ohio? I'm also interested in getting licensed in Kentucky since it's right across the river. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hey @John Hall, glad to see another investor (or soon to be) from Cincinnati. I too am brand new to real estate investing and have yet to do a deal but have been learning a ton over the last month from being on BP. There's so much information on here, I'm sure you will benefit greatly from being a part of this community. As @Brandon Turner said, the podcast is great, I listen to them every chance I get. Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I can tell this is a good community with a wealth of great knowledge. I'm looking forward to learning a lot and eventually contributing myself some day.
@Darrin Carey When is the next BP meetup? I would love to attend one!
@Bryan Williamson Give me a call sometime today, we need to catch up!
@Ben Leybovich Let me know if you're ever down here in Cincinnati and I'll buy you lunch.

Hi,
My name is Kyle Burnett and I'm completely new to real estate investing. Everything I know has come from some of the articles I've read on here over the last couple days. I want to get into real estate to build enough income to quit my current job.
I'm also getting married in December and my fiance and I want the flexibility of setting my own schedule. I want to eventually make this into a family business and pass the knowledge onto my future children some day.
Thanks,
Kyle
