Hello BP community, after a good time renting SFH, last week a tenant left an old truck in the backyard, she is not responding my calls and texts, what should I do?

@Joe C.   We do invest in 2 states, on each we have a local Google voice numbers,  these options have been working really well for the last 5 years,  Google voice is free and easy to work with

@Adriana Torres-rendon  you will get some offer form wholesalers on a 65% to 75% market value,  why don't you list the property offering a 5k bonus to the Selling agent,

@Nick Pascale , congratulations,  Real Estate is a great business for everyone,  you can buy from a wholesaler ( we company wholesale deals on Miami area) but please do your own due diligences no all the wholesalers are the same, some add lot of profit to them  without leaving profit for you,  good luck 

@Andre Wilson ,   congratulations for your first deal  if you only need 15 -20k, you can ask a private lender or local bank for line of credit rather than asking for an investment loan 

@Ernest Chamblee   great, we will keep you posted,  I was the one asking for the 12th since I do business in Virginia and Florida and next week I will be in the DC area
