Do you use 3rd party sources for tenant screening? If so who? Why do you like this company?

Hi @James Brown
How did this work out for you? I am looking at a heritage house in Ontario. Do you have any tips for me in what to look for other than the items listed in this thread?

Anyone in the Sudbury, Ont. area? Looking fora realtor and input/successes/failures in that market.

A google search for a term used by Scott McGillivray “Flip To Yourself” which brought up a forum discussion and a reply mentioning the BRRR strategy.

Hello. I am a newbie to the industry and looking forward to getting started. We are looking to sell our current home on the west coast and relocate to Ontario. Selling this home opens the door for us to begin our journey.
We are still trying to figure out which one of the 2 locations we have in mind to plant ourselves. The one place is our long term goal of getting an acreage and the other option is to move to a smaller city and buy a home with a suite in it to get started. So we live in the home and rent out a suite. Probably makes more sense to buy a house with a suite to free up more cash to get rolling into other properties. The possibilities are so encouraging, the indecisiveness is challenging.
Best wishes to everyone in 2018
