I truly believe that where you live is a blessing in itself. Northern VA/ Washington DC is one of the strongest markets in the US. IF you have the opportunity to continue to have feet on the ground and building relationships with individuals actively investing in your market you will be a wealthy indivudal.

I would set the goal to own 5 properties in the DMV and then you can decide to move on to other markets .
