Yea I'm going to out a deft together I think and try to fun a lawyer and see what they might charge me. Anyone think this could be handled my Legal Zoom or Legal Shield ??

When just starting out where did you get your contracts from ? Im getting close to starting a mailing campaign and im worried about having a decent contract set up to give me a out clause if needed. Since im just starting out im a little tight on funds to visit a lawyer for this.

ok a building a buyers page squeeze page isn't the best idea, but what about a sellers squeeze page ?

Im just starting out wholesaling and from reading the forums the right attorney and or title company can make the big difference in closing a deal as smoothly as possible. I wanted to know from your experiences what are the most crucial questions i need to be asking to make sure they can close my deal or help set up my contracts for wholesaling ? If possible a recommendation in the Orlando Florida market
