Hi Monique! I was born and raised in GA, just recently moved to NC. Whatever you need help with in GA I’m happy to offer guidance. As far as areas, I lived in Marietta which is a great balance of suburb while still being close to the city. It’s a sought-after area for homeowners and investors. Feel free to message me with any specific questions you have about areas or locations!

Hi @Jalen Brinkerhoff,
Just curious if you found the answer you were looking for here. I am in the same stage that you were in at the time you posted this, needing some help and guidance. Should I do as you suggested: have two separate websites, one as a landing page for sellers and another main page for my business? I'm personally more concerned about how to set the websites up, as I was thinking I'd just have one email address.
Please let me know if you're still around and can give a quick tip on what you found! Thanks!

@Sisai Birhanu Hey there, I don't have any contractors in that part of town, but let me reach out to my partner down there and I'll PM you.
@Genene G. Welcome! I buy and sell in those counties, let me know how I can be of service!

A little late to the party here, but here's my two cents:
By the way you said he worded it, it sounds to me like the "60-70" would be the rehab number for an investor who is a contractor to do the rehab. So possibly add 10-20k to that for the newer/average investor to get the job done. That's just one thought, or it could just be like the others have mentioned previously before me^^^.
On another note, that sounds like a sweet deal and I would have jumped on it! Hit me up any time for help with any of these kinds of things.

Hey Kim! I use Shafritz & Dean for all of my closings. They handle double closings and assignments with ease, also. Good luck to you!
