Hey Eric! I would love to connect, I actually have a couple rentals under contract right now. What's a good number to reach you at when you touch down in Atlanta? Looking forward to discussing the possibility of doing business together!

Hi @Racquel Price. This depends on what you currently hold with the seller. In a typical assignment transaction, you as the wholesaler will have the property under contract with the seller, using a purchase and sale agreement. That contract should have a clause that allows you to assign the contract at your discretion, if that is the way you want to work it. Then you sign an Assignment contract with your buyer; you will be the Assignor, and the buyer will be the Assignee. If you do not have the assignment clause in the original purchase and sale agreement with the seller, then you will either need an amendment to add that in, otherwise you will remain the buyer and you will have to do a double closing with your buyer.

It can be confusing, feel free to message me directly if you need any further help!

Hi there @Isaac Geller! Just wondering, have you considered or looked into the option of a hard money loan? You can easily get into a property here in Atlanta with 50-60k if you use hard money to leverage that capital. Message me directly if you need more info, I'd love to help as I do believe strongly in this. Thanks, and good luck to you!

@David Crumley The meeting address should be at the very top in the title, and I am expecting the date and time to be 11/28 at 6:30, unless @Jered Sturm says otherwise!
