I will definitely be attending, excited this will be my first RE meetup

I'm also new to this but my advice is just search sites like Zillow and realtor.com everyday and just see different properties and what they go for. Also stay on these forums and read and read and read some more

@Thomas S. yea I feel Im held back in odd ways living with my parents. But it is nice not paying rent being able to save for a deal

@Chris Martin I see how the classes can be beneficial but I really have zero interest in being a broker/agent. I definitely have to learn some accounting.im not gonna get a cash flow duplex in my area that isn't distressed so I'm def gonna have a rehab project to see cash flow
