in November I will have 2 years of steady work so, I'm gonna find a fha lender but I live in ny and plan to invest in New Jersey. So will it be ok to go to a lender in ny. Also can someone run me thru the process of getting pre approved.
I'm narrowed it down to a general area that I want to invest in multi family's. currently I search Zillow everyday in those areas and I did sum drive bys. What should be my next move ??... should I get a agent or should I get pre approved for a fha loan which I plan to use

He wants to put me on his shares or shall I say stock in the co-op so it would be basically 50/50 in the unit. my question is just how would this affect me at all because I currently own no real estate but I plan on buying a dueplex soon .
Would this effect me on any first home owner loans since I own stock in the co op?
The Mortgage is paid but their is still a monthly hoa of 500$ , how would this effect my taxes ?
Would he be allowed to put me as owner of the stocks even if my credits bad?
