@Michael Barbari I can say I have never had luck with showing a house to a potential tenant during rehab. That's not saying it can't be done, but it hasn't worked for me. When we are almost complete with a rehab to a point where we can take marketing pictures, that's when we list a property for rent.

Hi @Daniel Torres. Our group has been investing in 1st position performing notes. The notes we have been involved in pay 12% annually and they are interest only notes. I would recommend you speak with @Darren Eady. He has a great program for performing notes.

@Tadj Macier I always recommend putting any investment property in an LLC. This should help protect your personal assets.

@Donald D Michna It's great you are looking to get started investing in real estate. I would recommend joining a local REIA and going to meetings they have. This is a great way to meet local investors and potentially find a mentor to help you not make some of the mistakes that new investors tend to make.
