Make sure to come hungry. We got a bit overzealous with ordering so there is a lot of food.

I wouldn't bother unless it's a higher end rental, like a nice sfr. Even then probably just in the master bedroom. I have never had any complaints or anyone tell me they don't want to rent a place because it doesn't have ceiling fans. 

For sure! I stay busy but can always be bribed with coffee haha

Congrats on your first purchase! Rentals are like tattoos, you cant have just the one.

Since we dont have taxes in Anchorage there may not be a tax added, but I am not super familiar with Airbnb so I could be wrong.
